    Article Instructions:
    When asked to click, always assume that the left mouse button is used unless otherwise specified.

     

    1. Open Outlook.


    2. On the Folders Pane, RIGHT click on Outlook Today at #1.
      Click New Folder... at #2.


    3. Type SPAM at #1.
      Make sure Mail and Post Items is selected in Folder contains at #2.
      Make sure you select Personal Folders from the folder list at #3.
      Click OK at #4.


    4. In the Which condition(s) do you want to check? locate and check with specified words in the messages header at #1.
      Click specified words at #2.


    5. Copy X-Spam-Status: Yes from here and paste it into the box at #1.
      Click Add at #2.
      Click OK at #3.


    6. Click Next at #1.


    7. In the What do you want to do with the message? locate and check move it to the specified folder at #1.
      Click specified at #2.


    8. Make sure SPAM is selected in the Choose a folder selection list at #1.
      Click OK at #2.


    9. Click Finish at #1.


    10. The follow popup message may appear. This is an informational message just stating that this rule will rule on your Outlook only.
      Click OK at #1.


    11. Make sure X-Spam-Status: Yes (client-only) is checked at #1.
      Click OK at #2.


    12. When new messages arrived that have the special header X-Spam-Status: Yes (this will not be seen in the message body), they will be moved to the SPAM folder.
