When asked to click, always assume that the left mouse button is used unless otherwise specified.

Open Outlook Express.

On the menu bar click on Tools and then click Accounts.

Make sure the Mail tab is selected.

Click the Add button and then click Mail....

Type in your Full Name at #1, then click Next.

Type in your E-Mail Address at #1, then click Next.

Make sure POP3 is selected as your incoming mail server at #1.
Type in the POP3 server address at #2.
Type in the SMTP server address at #3.
Note: This information should be contained within an emailed you received earlier.
If you have lost this information, it did not receive it, then please contact you Network Administrator.

Click Next.

Type in your Username at #1.
Type in your Password at #2.

Click Next.

Click Finish at #1.

You should now see your new mail account listed. If you have more then one
mail account listed, then you will need to click on the new mail account name,
then click the "Set as Default" button. This will make your new email account
the default when sending messages.

Click on the name of your newly created account at #1.
Click Properties at #2.

You should be on the General tab at #1.
Type in your reply email address at #2. This will most likely be the same as your
actual email address.

Click the Servers tab at #1.
Make sure the check box labeled My server requires authentication, under
the Outgoing Mail Server section, is checked at #2.
Click the Settings... button at #3.

Make sure Use same setting as my incoming mail server is selected at #1.
Click OK at #2.

Click OK at #1.

Click Close at #1.
