    Article Instructions:
    When asked to click, always assume that the left mouse button is used unless otherwise specified.

    1. Open Outlook.


    2. On the menu bar click on Tools and then click E-mail Accounts.


    3. Select the check box labeled Add a new e-mail account at #1.
      Click Next at #2.


    4. Select the check box labeled POP3 at #1.
      Click Next at #2.


    5. Type in your Full Name, E-Mail Address, User Name, Password, POP3 Server Address,
      and SMTP Server Address.
                Note:
      The above should have been provided to you in a separate email (with the exception
                of your password). If you are unable to locate this email, then please contact your
                Network Administrator.

      Click the button Test Account Settings ... at #1.
                Note: If any of the tests fail, try to re-enter your user name and password and also double check
                your POP3 and SMTP Server Addresses. If problems still persist, please contact your
                Network Administrator.
      Click More Settings ... at #2.


    6. Make sure the General tab is selected at #1.
      Fill in the Account Description and Reply E-Mail (this is usually your e-mail address).


    7. Click the tab Outgoing Server at #1.
      Check the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) require authentication at #2.
      Make sure the check box Use same setting as my incoming mail server is checked at #2.
      Click OK at #3.


    8. Click Next at #1.


    9. Click Finish at #1.


    10. On the menu bar click on Tools and then click E-mail Accounts.


       
    11. Select the check box labeled View or change existing e-mail accounts at #1.
      Click Next at #2.

       
    12. Select your New Account in the selection box.
                Note: If you have more then one e-mail account listed, then, while the new account is
                selected, click Set as Default at #1.
      Click Finish at #2.
